Scott Faylor, founder of Premier Development Inc., embarked on his home-building journey over 40 years ago. After constructing 300 homes in California, Scott moved to St. George, Utah in 1994 and established Premier Development Inc., marking the beginning of a new era in custom home building in Southern Utah.
Over the past three decades, Premier Development has become synonymous with quality and craftsmanship in the region. We’ve built more than 600 custom homes, each a testament to our commitment to excellence and attention to detail. Our journey has been one of continuous growth, innovation, and dedication to creating homes that truly reflect our clients’ dreams.
